    GOAL: To completely revamp the company's existing website content to be easier and more engaging to read as well as audience-focused (with compelling stories, headlines, subheads, bullets and callouts).

    Training Manual (248 pages)

    GOAL: To lead a team of experts in creating an "HVACR Success Book" to help business owners develop and execute a winning business plan. The training manual featured nine chapters plus "Tips" and "Words of Wisdom."

    Corporate Responsibility Report (68 pages)

    GOAL: To quantify key accomplishments and share stories illustrating how LexisNexis inspired change in local communities throughout the world via its corporate social responsibility efforts in six areas: Rule of Law, Community, Customers and Suppliers, Governance, Employees and the Environment.

    Services included:  

    • Extensive research/document reviews
    • Outline development 
    • Interviews of 10 subject matter experts

    • Collaboration with the graphic designer on design/layout; review of page proofs

    Sales Training Manual (92 pages)

    GOAL: To develop a user manual for salespeople at all levels at WinWholesale (now Winsupply). The manual contains fundamentals, tips and tools for improving sales at a local company. It is designed to help salespeople make sales calls with confidence.

    GOAL: To write the cover story for The Dayton Foundation's primary publication for its stakeholders (title: "Wright Brothers' Home Has New Owner: The Dayton Foundation Transfers Hawthorn Hill to Dayton History").
