Persuasive writing program earns praise from GCHRA’s HR pros

Write to persuade passive candidatesENGLEWOOD, Ohio, March 20, 2015 – Attendees at the Feb. 24 Staffing & Recruiting program hosted by the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA) gave Teresa Zumwald outstanding evaluations for her “Write to Persuade Passive Candidates” presentation, according to Joy Lovejoy, a member of GCHRA’s Staffing & Recruiting Committee.

Zumwald presented a 90-minute program that covered the psychology of persuasion and the elements of persuasive writing. During the writing workshop portion of the program, attendees applied the six principles of influence, discussing ways to improve writing samples submitted by attendees before the session.
