NMA members, guests will learn how to ‘speak like a leader’ and ‘AIM for impact’ Nov. 20

Teresa Zumwald

Nov. 7, 2025 – “Speak Like a Leader: AIM for Impact” is the workshop Teresa Zumwald will present online from 12–1 p.m. ET Nov. 20 for members and guests of the National Management Association (NMA).

Teresa Zumwald is a speechwriter, executive speech coach and executive communication adviser at Zumwald & Company, LLC, in Ohio.

This one-hour webinar will teach participants how to plan their next presentation with intention – long before they outline, script or design slides – using Zumwald’s proprietary AIM for Impact tool.

Participants will get hands-on practice applying the tool to their own upcoming presentations.

“Speakers who AIM for Impact build talks with intention – and drive business results – by changing how an audience thinks or behaves,” Zumwald said.

NMA members and guests are welcome and can register at this link.

As Zumwald & Company in Ohio, Zumwald works 1:1 with leaders to write and deliver speeches and presentations that change how people think or behave.
